Ice Cream is a perfect way to start the spring.
Hello Spring! Finally it’s here)
You might think that’s right.. in California is always warm and that fact that here is spring not a big deal.. That’s not a quite true as I think. In California is cold in winter. And today spring is not just on a calendar, but outside is really warm. I spent my afternoon on my balcony soaking up the sun. So today’s I’ve decided to make this vegan ice cream.
It was my first nicecream this year and it was like a heaven. You should definitely to try to make it.
Something refreshing is all you need in these hot summer days. This nicecream reminds me a taste of ice cream that I used to like several years ago. But today I made a healthier version of that ice cream ))
It’s pretty warm)) outside so I’ve decided to prepare something refreshing this morning.. Before my jogging and yoga I cut bananas and put them into fridge for 2 hours. Also you will need:
1 tablespoon Cacao Powder
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
150 grams Cherries (fresh or frozen). I use frozen cherries
Cut bananas into pieces and place them into fridge for about 2 hours. After that blend them until they become smooth. Add cinnamon and cacao powder and blend again. Your chocolate ice cream is ready. Then put it in jar. First layer nice cream, second layer cherries and cashew and then nice cream again.
