Today I would like to share with you one of my favorite green smoothie recipe that will help you to detox your body. Coconut water will nourish your body. Spirulina contains vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Avocado is full of antioxidants. So this smoothie is not just taste so good it will also nourish and clean your body for sure.

When you want to have Chia Pudding for your breakfast but you did not soak chia seeds overnight here is my way how you can make a warm chia pudding for your cozy winter morning.
I love coconuts!!)) Add a little creativity and spend about 30 minutes and you will get super coconut rice bowl!!:)
70 grams Rice
600 ml Milk
1 tablespoon Coconuts
2 tablespoons Maple Syrup or Honey
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Combine the milk and rice. Bring to a boil. Add maple syrup, vanilla extract, and coconuts. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer until the rice is tender (about 25 minutes). Stir the milk mixture frequently. When the rice is tender (al dente) remove from heat. Slice bananas and your tropical breakfast is ready! 🙂
It’s good idea for a breakfast. You can keep it in a fridge overnight and enjoy it on the morning! 🙂
45 grams Rice
200 ml Milk
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 tablespoon Coconut
Lemon Zest from 1 Lemon
100 grams Blueberries
Add milk and coconut to the rice and boil it on slow heat for 15-20 minutes. After that add all other ingredients. And you can enjoy your breakfast!:)
