Fitness Cake

It’s a perfect breakfast with no sugar, no butter. Also this is a useful energy snack.

Ingredients

250 grams Figs

100 grams Raisins

100 grams Prunes

100 grams Almonds

350 ml Boiling Water

10 grams Baking Powder

2 Eggs

500 grams Whole Wheat Flour

Dried fruits chop. Fill them with boiling water and let them cool (about an hour). Then add eggs to dried fruits.  It is important that the water from the dried fruits we do not pour! In a separate bowl mix together dry ingredients and almond. Then combine all ingredients together and mix. The dough turns consistency of sour cream. Bake at 180 °C 45-55 minutes. Then let it cool in a pan and put for several hours to refrigerator. Bon Appetit!)

Piadini with Avocado and Tomatoes

It’s very delicious breakfast or brunch. This meal will fill your body with energy for a whole day.

2 piadinis breads

50 ml warm  water

1 Tablespoons Olive Oil

6-8 Tablespoons Whole Wheat Flour

Filling

1 Avocado

1-2 Tomatoes

Greens

Olive Oil

Combine all ingredients and knead the dough. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into rounds 8 to 10 inches in diameter. Preheat a skillet on the stove until it is very hot.
Lay the dough into the pan and and cook for about 1 minute or until bubbles form.
Turn and cook on the other side in the same fashion. Fill with vegetables. Enjoy:)

Ricotta Almond Pudding

It’s very delicious, simple, healthy and it does not take much time!

Ingredients:

400 grams ricotta cheese

2 eggs

50 grams honey

75 grams almond flour

berries (if you want)

Grease a 7 inch (18 cm) springform pan. Preheat oven to 180C. Mix together ricotta cheese, yolks, sugar and almond flour. Beat the whites and gently add to other ingredients. Bake for about 40 min. You should try to bake it. It’s amazing 🙂
