Yes, I eat cakes)) but not often)) Here is one of my favourite desserts. I use the pan of 6,5 inches (16-17 cm)
100 grams Graham Crackers
30 grams Butter
450 grams Cream Cheese
2 tablespoon Light Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
50 ml Half&Half
Preheat oven to 160C (320F). Grease, or spray with Pam, a springform pan.
For Crust: Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the crumbs evenly over the bottom of the springform pan. Cover and refrigerate while you make the filling.
For Filling: Combine cream cheese, sugar and egg. Then add half&half and vanilla extract. Remove the crust from the refrigerator and pour in the filling.Bake for about another 60 minutes or until firm and only the center of the cheesecake looks a little wet and wobbly. Let cool completely. Refrigerate several hours, preferably overnight. Serve with fresh fruits.
