Sweet Potato Avocado Snack

In these cold days, I want to eat something warm but not too heavy. And lately, I’ve discovered this as I call it Sweet Potato Avocado Snack. I thought what if I combine my favorite sweet potato with a love of my life – avocado) And these two are perfectly matched.


Chocolate Nutty Energy Balls

These energy balls are raw, easy to make and you will need only 6 ingredients. You can make them as much as you want and keep them refrigerated. Every time you need quick snack and fill yourself with energy you will have one. It’s a perfect snack to go as well. Especially they are so good after workout or yoga class. Try to make them and you will love it!


Healthy Candies

It’s the perfect healthy snack!



4 tablespoons Oats
1 Banana
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
1 tablespoon Sesame

Blend Oats. Then add all ingredients (except sesame) and blend again. If it’s too dry you can add milk (almond or regular). Make balls.¬†Roll candies in cocoa or sesame. Bon appetit!))

Farmer Cheese Snacks

You can have this meal like a perfect breakfast or snacks any time during the day.


Ingredients (8-10 medium snacks):

450 grams Farmer Cheese
100 grams Dried Apricots
1 Tablespoon Honey
100 grams Chocolate

Mix farmer cheese, dried apricots and honey together.¬†Make balls 2 cm in height and put them in f¬†freezer¬†for 20 minutes. Melt chocolate.¬†After 20 minutes pour cheese “balls” with chocolate and put to a refrigerator for 1 hour. Keep these snacks in refrigerator.


Fitness Cake

It’s a perfect breakfast with no sugar, no butter. Also¬†this is a useful energy snack.



250 grams Figs

100 grams Raisins

100 grams Prunes

100 grams Almonds

350 ml Boiling Water

10 grams Baking Powder

2 Eggs

500 grams Whole Wheat Flour

Dried fruits chop.¬†Fill them with boiling water and let them cool (about an hour).¬†Then add eggs to dried fruits. ¬†It is important that the water from the dried fruits we do not pour!¬†In a separate bowl mix together dry ingredients and almond.¬†Then combine all ingredients together and mix.¬†The dough turns consistency of sour cream.¬†Bake at 180 ¬įC 45-55 minutes.¬†Then let it cool in a pan and put for several hours to refrigerator.¬†Bon Appetit!)
