Vegetable Sushi

It’s time for healthy lunch. Today I had homemade sushi and it’s so delicious!!))


Ingredients (for 1 roll):

50 grams Rice
50 grams Cabbage
30 grams Carrot
20 grams Pepper
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon Sesame
1 sheet Sushi Nori
Green Onion

Boil rice and let it cool. Cut cabbage, carrot, pepper and green onion and combine. Add sesame oil and sesame. Put rice on sushi nori and then put vegetables. Roll and cut into pieces. Serve with soy sauce

Buckwheat with Mushrooms and Burrata Cheese

It’s a perfect way to fill your body with energy. I prefer this meal for breakfast or lunch))


Ingredients (for 2 persons) : 

200 grams Buckwheat

200 grams Mushrooms

1/2 Onion

100 grams Burrata Cheese

1 Egg

1 TableSpoon Butter

Green Onion

Salt, Pepper

Сook porridge add butter, salt.  Slice mushrooms and fry on olive oil for 10 minutes then add chopped onion and cook for 5 minutes. Then add mushrooms to the porridge. Chop green onion, burrata cheese and combine all ingredients together. Boil egg for 5-6 minutes. And the meal is ready. Bon appetit! 🙂

Piadini with Avocado and Tomatoes

It’s very delicious breakfast or brunch. This meal will fill your body with energy for a whole day.


2 piadinis breads

50 ml warm  water

1 Tablespoons Olive Oil

6-8 Tablespoons Whole Wheat Flour


1 Avocado

1-2 Tomatoes


Olive Oil

Combine all ingredients and knead the dough. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into rounds 8 to 10 inches in diameter. Preheat a skillet on the stove until it is very hot.
Lay the dough into the pan and and cook for about 1 minute or until bubbles form.
Turn and cook on the other side in the same fashion. Fill with vegetables. Enjoy:)
