Ricotta Almond Tart | Healthy Breakfast and Dessert

Today I made for breakfast this delicious Ricotta Almond Tart. It’s not too sweet, light and it just melts in your mouth. For the breakfast, I prefer having not only smoothies and acai bowls but also I love to bake something. Especially when getting colder it’s so nice to feel a smell of a tart from the oven. You will need some time to make this tart but it’s so worth it. I know it’s a time when nobody has time. But it’s not true. It’s all about your priorities to do what matters to you. Pitaya (Dragon Fruit) Smoothie Bowl

Vegan Blueberry Vanilla Ice Cream

Ice Cream is a perfect way to start the spring.

Hello Spring! Finally it’s here)

You might think that’s right.. in California is always warm and that fact that here is spring not a big deal.. That’s not a quite true as I think. In California is cold in winter. And today spring is not just on a calendar, but outside is really warm. I spent my afternoon on my balcony soaking up the sun. So today’s I’ve decided to make this vegan ice cream.

It was my first nicecream this year and it was like a heaven. You should definitely to try to make it.
